All treatments are performed following an individual consultation and suitability assessment.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in:

Late arrivals may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.

13. Risks

All aesthetic treatments carry risks.

14. Aftercare

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.

15. Medical Emergencies

If you experience unexpected symptoms following treatment, please contact us immediately.

If you experience severe swelling, breathing difficulty, vision changes or other medical emergencies, seek urgent medical attention by calling 999 or attending your nearest Accident & Emergency department.

16. Photographs

Clinical photographs may be taken:

    • Before treatment

    • During treatment

    • After treatment

These photographs form part of your confidential medical record.

They will only be used for marketing with your separate written consent.

You agree not to:

    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access

    • Upload malicious software

18. ChatGPT Acceptable Use

When using our ChatGPT application, you agree not to: submit detailed medical records, prescription information, or sensitive health data through the application, rely on AI-generated responses as a substitute for a clinical consultation, or use the application to seek emergency medical advice. For any medical concerns following treatment, please contact us directly or call 999 in an emergency

19. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

    • Logos

    • Images

    • Videos

    • Text

    • Graphics

    • Branding

belongs to Cosmothetics and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

20. User Content

By submitting content through our services (including messages, inquiries, and ChatGPT interactions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This does not affect the separate consent arrangements for treatment photographs.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmothetics shall not be liable for:
